Couples & Family Counseling
The goal of couples and family therapy is to create a secure emotional bond between partners through learning to be more open, attuned, and responsive to each other. Couples will learn to be emotionally available, empathic, and engaged with each other; strengthening their bond.

Group Therapy
Group counseling may help to universalize your experience. Within group sessions you may obtain peer support, psycho-education and partake in selective vulnerability through curated moments of interpersonal engagement. Groups are designed to increase vulnerability and help you gain insight through shared experiences. Process and heal by sharing your experience with others.
