Our services are inclusive of support groups, clinical counseling, couples counseling, peer support and crisis intervention. All services are customized for both families and individuals. We aim to reduce the financial & transportation barriers typically associated with receiving quality mental health treatment by providing therapeutic services that can be accessed from the comfort of your home.

We boast a family friendly virtual practice that provides a myriad of treatment options to diverse

populations from age 6 to 99. All aforementioned specialty provided are offered through a fully remote

HIPPA compliant platform.

Our rapid enrollment process and outstanding service model are strong reflections of our practice

leadership team under the direction of, Dr. Teressa Bowman (Director) who is a board-certified

psychotherapist. Dr. Bowman founded this practice in 2020 to continue serving those impacted by the pandemic.

Individual & EAP Counseling

After reviewing assessments, therapist will employ evidence-based practice that best suits clients need and clinician preferred therapeutic modality. Interventions will include CBT, Behavior therapy, Gestalt therapy, Psychoanalytic, Solution focused DBT, EMDR and trauma based informed care model. Interventions employed will take into consideration client’s motivation to change, value systems and will remain person entered throughout treatment. A minimum of 4 sessions will be offered to each enrolled client with maximum based on clinician and client discretion.

Couple & Family Counseling

The goal of couples and family therapy is to create a secure emotional bond between partners through learning to be more open, attuned, and responsive to each other. Couples will learn to be emotionally available, empathic, and engaged with each other, strengthening their bond.

We provide service delivery and execution for members whose

challenges are systematic and more complex in nature thus requiring a team approach. The goal

is to create a secure emotional bond between families through learning to be more open,

attuned, and responsive to each other.

Group Counseling

Group counseling may help to universalize client experience. Within group sessions clients may obtain

peer support if so desired, receive psychoeducation and partake in selective vulnerability through guided

community engagement. Groups are designed to increase vulnerability and gain insight through shared

experience. process within a group of your peers and build connection through objective perspective.

Substance Abuse Counseling

Addiction assessments will be scheduled with licensed or certified addiction professionals. Followed by comprehensive substance abuse counseling based on the SAMSHA substance abuse curriculum. All sessions will be scheduled as virtual-appointments. The addiction professional will complete an assessment and make recommendations regarding education and/or treatment. Individual and substance abuse Counseling prides itself in Conducting comprehensive, legally defensible psychological evaluations by referral.
