  • Welcome Call and Scheduling of First Appointment

  • Completion of member enrollment forms via client portal

  • Zoom link sent to email on file

  • Virtual intake session (1-2 sessions in length)

  • Personalized Counseling with collaborative goal planning 

  • Individual Client-Centered sessions to be held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly at practitioner’s discretion

  • Graduation/Discharge Appointment and Referrals
